Regional Sales Manager - an international role
As Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for the sales of cable accessories, i.e. joints and terminals for medium and high voltage cables, in Great Britain, USA, Canada and Mexico. Your customers are mainly state and municipal power companies, wholesalers and contractors. You are part of a team of colleagues who are responsible for other markets. You have colleagues in sales and technical support which will be assisting you with quotations, customer care, etc. Further, you will report your project and sales activities weekly to the Director of HUB Nordics, North America and Russia.

For us, personal development and work go hand in hand. As Regional Sales Manager at NKT, you work with building and developing a long-term relationship with customers.

Your tasks mainly focus on:
• Strengthening cooperation with existing customers
• Prospecting new customers
• Have daily customer contact, some through personal meetings
• Make short- and long-term sales and activity plans
• Follow up on sales activities carried out
• Assist others within the organization with external monitoring

You have a flexible role and will work both at the site in Alingsås or from home. You will have a company car at your disposal although you won 't have domestic travels in focus. We believe your place of residence would be conveniently located in the Göteborg/Alingsås area within a 50-80 km radius. You will approximately travel 60-70 days per year, most frequently to Great Britain (monthly) as well as few trips to North America.

Your profile and professional experience
• You preferably have a background within engineering
• You are experienced in international project sales (it 's a merit if you have worked within the energy industry)
• Language skills: fluent English is a requirement, fluent Swedish is preferred (knowledge in German is a bonus)

As a person you have a positive attitude towards your work tasks and your surroundings. You are self-driven with excellent collaboration skills and enjoy taking initiatives.
