At Johnson Controls in Mölndal, Sweden, we are currently looking for a new Regional Sales Manager in Sweden, Denmark or Norway, who will be responsible for meeting targeted sales revenue and managing market segments for our fire detection and control product portfolio.Johnson Controls offer reliable fire detection systems to a worldwide customer base, and we use the latest technology developments to set the bar higher with systems that are more configurable, more scalable, and more automated.What you will doIn this role, you will actively promote the sale of Detection and Control equipment through Specialist Fire Systems integrators. The territory (Nordics - Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland) is supported by customer-services located in Manchester and part of the job responsibility is to liaise closely with the Inside Sales and Customer Services team, to follow up on requests to the office from customers. You will also work with your team to identify D&B opportunities with main contractors, as well as identify gaps in the market where new Specialist Fire Systems integrators can be set up. You will drive our sales strategy, support end-user events, and ensure we are meeting the demands of the Nordic market. You will also facilitate feedback to product management reg. the need for product enhancements or new products, which is needed to maintain and grow market share.You will join one of our Nordic offices in Sweden, Denmark or Norway, and you will report to our Sales Director for EU&A. You can expect 50 to 100 days of travel per year. How you will do it· Visiting relevant Consultants, engineers and end-users. · Managing team KPI's, goals and efficiencies.· Visiting active customers and formerly active customers.· Follow up on relevant projects and leads.· Write reports on all visits and other relevant information. · Gather relevant market information.· Coordinate approach with all sales colleagues.· Facilitate dealing with and solve customer issues.· Actively sell and promote assigned products in the territory.What we are looking forFor this role, we expect you to have previous experience selling to customers, contractors and end-users. You have excellent verbal and written command of English and Scandinavian language, and you are an adept user of MS Office, SAP and ideally Salesforce. You have a pro-active commercial attitude with a feel for technical issues. You are goal-oriented and a strong communication, with an attention to detail and quality.
