A highly driven and motivated person ta manage and develop business in Western Europe. The person we are seeking will become a key member of our sales focused and experienced organization. The position is either loacated at HemoCue Headquarter in Ängelholm or at a HemoCue sales office in the region. The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales.
The job:
You will implement sales strategies and action plans with a hands-on approach to ensure sales and profitability goals in your region. This will be achieved in close cooperation with and management of HemoCue subsidiaries, distributors and partners in the region. Some markets will require start-up activities therefore an innovative and proactive attitude is necessary. Leadership skills are essential as the position includes people management of HemoCue Subsidiaries in Western Europe. The position involves extense traveling.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a university degree in Business Administration, lenghty experience from the life science industry and a good command of English. Other regional languages are meriting. Sales experience and cultural knowledge of the region is compulsery. The following personal qualities are desired:
• Strong result and market orientation
• Urgency to get things done quickly
• Proven track record in an international environment
• Communication and negotiation ability at any level
• A well organized business conduct
