As Regional Sales Manager you are establish and develop clients in Sweden and other Nordic countries and you know how to convince them of the unique concepts within lightning segment through retail and agents. You provide expert advice and ensure the growth of our turnover in the Nordics. Your commercial drive secures that the sales targets are achieved. As the first full time resource in our Nordic expansion you are responsible for putting us on this part of the map through finding opportunities with both existing and new clients.

Luxform Global B.V. in Kampen Netherlands is a leading European company and a total supplier of a wide range of outdoor lighting solutions for both the professional and consumer market. The lighting products are sold under the Luxform brand.
Hemsson B.V. in Almelo Netherlands is the inventor of the unique Fairybell outdoor Christmas lighting. Fairybell is the only patented outdoor Christmas tree that exactly reproduces the atmosphere of a real Christmas tree with lights.

The role
You are responsible for the realization of the budget and for initiating and generating new opportunities. This requires an independent and proactive approach through operational sales.
You prepare the Sales plans and make sure sales results and profits are being realized.
You negotiate with central / decentralized category-/product management/purchasing departments.
You actively scan the markets for new sales opportunities, such as new business developments into other local or regional market segments.
You support the affiliates of (international) large accounts such as major DIY-chain stores on a local level for e.g. merchandising and other support businesses.
You follow and analyse the developments in the market, of competitors and customers and reports to the Group Management.

Your background
Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience, in a role as Sales- or Account Manager.
Introduced in Scandinavian retailing preferably in the DIY- and Home & Garden business area.
Preferably an education and/ or experience from positions where analytical skills are developed.
Experience from establishing and supporting a reseller network would be meritorious.
Native speaker of the Swedish language and excellent knowledge of the English language. Proficiency in other Nordic languages is an advantage.
Experience from and willingness to travel. Estimation of travelling will be about 50% of the time. Some travelling also to the Netherlands (about once a quarter). Attending local- and international business fairs.
You will be supported by our customer services team in The Netherlands and will report to the International Sales Manager.
