***** Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Europe and Russia *****
We are looking for:
A highly result driven and motivated person to manage and develop our business in Eastern Europe and Russia. The person we are seeking will become a key member of our sales driven and experienced organization. The position is located in the region/ Ängelholm and the Regional Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director.
The job:
You will implement sales strategies and action plans with a hands-on approach to ensure sales and profitability goals in your region. This will be achieved in close cooperation with local distributors and partners. Some markets will require start-up activities therefore an innovative and proactive attitude is necessary. The position involves extensive traveling. 
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a university degree in Business Administration, experience from the life science industry and a good command of English, Russian is meriting. Knowledge of additional Eastern European languages is an advantage. The following personal characteristics are desired:
• Strong result and market orientation
• Urgency to get things done quickly
• Proven track record in an international environment
• Communication and negotiation ability at any level
• A well-structured business conduct
