For the North, East and Central European Region in Gothenburg, Lund, Jonkoping, Malmo or Helsingborg we are looking for a:
Regional Rail Gateway Operator
Key Tasks:
• Shipment coordination within Europe and predominantly China
• Pricing of pre- and on-carriage for Europe
• Optimisation of available space and rates (FAK, Baskets, NAC) to secure best possible allocation usage and Gross Margin
• Active allocation control and steering
• Close cooperation with rail operations in European countries and ensuring green light process
• EDI / IRIS booking control
• Support of rail operation in case of escalation
• Track & Trace
• Data Quality Check / Milestone Check
• Preparation for CW1 autorating revenue & costing
Your profile:
• Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience within Freight Forwarding or the logistics industry
• Ideally knowledge of both Rail & Ocean Freight
• Advanced knowledge of CW1 and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English
• Systematic approach
• Ability to see both the bigger picture and the details
• Ability to be motivated through own results
• Team player
• Strong communication skills
