We are currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable individual to provide Technical and Product Specialist information for its range of Process Products in UK, Ireland, Nordic, India and Middle East.
As an ambassador for Malvern, you will play a critical role in maximising our sales, profit and customer satisfaction and providing technical assistance to process customers and distributors. You will be expected to train Malvern, distributor sales and technical staff to sell and support our products and monitor customer satisfaction post implementation. In addition, you will define process solutions against customer requirements, manage project trials, installations and applications processes and frequently communicate with customers and business partners. Preparing reports and updating the SAP and CRM system would be an important element of this role.
The successful candidate must be educated to degree level or equivalent in a technical subject, preferably chemical or process engineering. We are looking for an applicant who is fluent in English but also have the ability to speak Swedish or Norwegian. Experience of working with process instrumentation and or milling and classification equipment would be an advantage for this role.

Since the job will involve a lot of travelling, the exact loction of the individual is not an issue, however, we feel that location in Uppsala, Göteborg or Oslo would be ideal.
