In this Regional Planning & Logistics Manager role within Business Area Mining and Division Rock Tools, you lead a dedicated team and secure an efficient, end-to-end planning flow that truly supports our customers.

Your mission
You lead our Regional Planning and Inventory team, acting as the key link between the Sales Area, Global Planning and Product Lines. You drive fast and aligned decision-making across the supply chain, ensuring excellent communication flow and world-class service for our customers. You also support the Sales Area by securing high-quality forecasting and managing overall planning performance.
What you'll do
Own and drive the regional S&OP process, ensuring common procedures and ways of working
Collaborate closely with Business Line Managers and Business Controllers
Act as the single point of contact for all regional supply chain matters, from service and contracts to overall performance
Lead continuous improvement of forecast accuracy and contribute to financial forecast alignment
Drive digital transformation within supply chain activities to support service levels
Oversee reverse logistics and internal order management, balancing customer satisfaction with supply efficiency
Coach and mentor team members while fostering Sandvik's core values and the Sandvik Way
This role is located at our Rock Tools Office in Sandviken and we offer you a hybrid setup.
Your profile
You're confident leading teams and managing stakeholders at different levels. Your background is rooted in supply chain-and you've ideally worked with demand planning, forecasting or outbound planning. You have strong analytical abilities and an eye for continuous improvement.
You bring:
Solid supply chain experience, preferably within planning or forecasting
Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to drive engagement
Proven stakeholder-management skills and ease in building trustful collaborations
Experience supporting customer-focused operations
Comfortable driving digital development and structured ways of working
You combine a customer-centric mindset with a collaborative way of working, enabling you to build strong relationships across teams and functions. A natural problem-solver, you enjoy working analytically and pushing continuous improvements. You stay calm and structured in fast-moving environments and communicate clearly to ensure aligned decisions.
