With our expansion we now have an exciting career opportunity for a Regional Operation Manager based in Stockholm
The ROM position, based in Stockholm office, will assure service availability at location level (network of 1600 locations) via effective Retail Relationship management and excellent relationship with existing Network Agents in full respect of Customer Satisfaction. The position is required efficient Project Management and excellent Interpersonal Skills in order to meet the local market needs and to provide superior service to the complex scenario. The ROM will coordinate and give directions to i) meet Company Strategic Initiatives ii) to support system enhancements at Agent Level from HTH solutions to software migration iii) to assure 100% accuracy on locations data base iv) to guarantee effective control on monthly OPS KPI and to adjust action plan accordingly.
Qualifications
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, willingness to work in a changeable environment with new processes or regularly re-defined processes, teamwork skills, and pro activity. The role also requires commitment and dedication towards goal achievement, which implies more than a regular office schedule (flexibility is crucial).
Detail-oriented, organized, responsible and reliable are expected attributes.
Bachelor's Degree, plus 5-7 years progressive experience, or equivalent.
Fluency in Swedish & English (any additional language is a strong plus)
