For our client we are looking for a Regional Media Manager. This is a full-time assignment starting asap and until 31st Dec 2024, based in their office in Gothenburg.

As a regional media manager you are in lead of a team of digital channel specialists and marketing analytics experts and your role is to together with this team work towards the most efficient marketing activation and media mix. You will be the main contact towards the local head of marketing and the local media agencies.

Assignment description and main responsibilities

In this role, you will be a part of the global team. The team consists of two persons but will shortly grow to three persons. All the media managers has responsibility over a region with a connected team of specialists withing SEM, SoMe and Display marketing as well as a marketing analytics expert.

• Global Media strategy development and securing implementation of this across the board

• Inform and coordinate budgeting process - annual and global campaigns, new market launches & performance marketing

• Media planning for global campaigns and support in developing overarching media/campaign plan, including extensive media planning support for new markets

• Daily contact with agency & markets, facilitating the agency relationship and overseeing the SOW

• Support and coordinate in-house media activities together with self-reliant channel experts

• Monitor & support local media activities, securing everything is aligned with media foundation and set to meet overarching company KPIs, as well as keeping internal stakeholders in the know of what is going on in the markets

• Cross-departmental collaboration on numerous marketing projects - subject matter expert when it comes to media execution

• Advise and inform in-house team, other internal stakeholders and market campaign leaders on media best practices

Competence requirements:

• Skilled in media & marketing strategy and planning

• Good knowledge of offline and online & performance media channels

• Analytical mindset with experience from media and marketing testing such as creative testing, incremental testing, brand tracking etc.

Other requirements:

• Experience from working in a global scope.

• Experience from leading and coaching a specialist team

About the assignment

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta. We offer our consultants a generous package including healthcare allowance, insurance policy, paid vacation days and pension savings. The assignment is full-time starting ASAP and until 31st Dec 2024.
