Fractal Design is looking for a pro-active
Regional Marketing Manager (EU)
based at our headquarters in Gothenburg.

We are a leading PC gaming hardware manufacturer with offices in Sweden, USA and Taiwan supplying 45 countries with computer cases, power supplies and accessories. Our company is growing and we are now looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to team up with our global marketing department.
To market, to market!
As Fractal Design's newest multi-talented marketing manager, you will maintain and strengthen our brand position in the Nordic countries and most of Europe. Together with our global marketing team you will plan and carry out local marketing efforts that tie in with regional and global strategies.
You know what makes great marketing, and you know the importance of nurturing strong relationships with resellers and partners by showing best practice and help optimize sales. That's why you're also the perfect choice to create the local activity plan, together with the CMO.
Your other responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
• Coordinating between regional teams, resellers and the global marketing team. Making sure your resellers have flawless product listings and the know-how to optimize their sales process. As our local channel voice, you will also be presenting customer input and market analysis to our Product Development team.
• Creating, localizing and proofing content. This includes choosing the right content mix, checking translations and adopting A+ content for local use. You will work together with our editorial team to create and coordinate local social media content.
• Taking care of the community! Sniffing out local LAN-parties, teaming up with social media profiles and finding the most interesting influencers - all while making sure we always have up-to-date product reviews from local profiles.
Just who do we think you are?
To thrive in the Fractal family, we believe that you have a genuine (fine, nerdy) passion for technology and hardware. We think you have at least two years of experience from digital marketing; the broader, the better. You love the challenge of hitting individual targets (in time and on budget), and you take pride in noticing the details while keeping an eye on the big picture. As you'll be working with stakeholders around the globe, your English is excellent and you can maintain focus through all sorts of stress and deadlines.
