Description/ Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Manager you are responsible for the development and performance of all sales/design activities in assigned market. You direct the sales strategy within a region and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
You analyze customer needs and prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. As a Regional Manager you maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity in area of responsibility. That also involves creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFP responses as well as controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
You establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and local business units. As you are responsible for the local business performance and development, the responsibility involves one-on-one review with all regional business units to build more effective communications. You are responsible for training and development of business units. You also assist the local business units in preparation of proposals and presentations.
Education
To be successful as a Regional Manager at AnoxKaldnes you need to have a BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
Experience
You have five years of relevant industry experience, maybe from water treatment or industrial sector such as mining power generation or municipal treatment. As your work field is focused on the global market, it?s is preferable if you have experience from international business.
Skills
You have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely on technical matters and a solid commitment to first class customer service and support. You are a motivated, self-starter with effective time management.
Language skills
As you will work on the global market, it?s a prerequisite that you are absolutely fluent in English, spoken and written.
Located
You will be based in Lund, but will travel internationally 30 - 50 %.
