Job Description
As Region Lead you will be responsible for working with strategic projects for Brand Development department, often connected to the regions. You will enable strategies to be executed and implemented in the regions and you will make sure global and regional customer activation and marketing teams are aligned in their marketing and brand strategies, frameworks and way of working. In addition to the stakeholders from Brand development that you will be working closely with, you will also work cross functionally with colleagues and projects from CX & Sales, Business Tech.
The role also includes for you to:
Be an expert on the global brand, marketing, media. strategies and in close collaboration with the colleagues in regions you ensure our brand perception and communications are the same, yet locally relevant all over the world.
Feel certain to represent our Brand Development department in forums and discussions with other global functions and take decisions for the best of the department when needed.
Drive and contribute in different change and development projects at Brand Development department.
Have a thorough understanding of how the regions function and know the regions' marketing and brand related roles and responsibilities.
Have an understanding of the set-up of the H&M brand in general and Brand Development department even in more detail

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are an experienced marketer and a brand builder with a deep understanding of the latest marketing and communications disciplines. You are also familiar with marketing teams set up and operations in regions and has the capacity to lead strategic projects and deliverables simultaneously and is not afraid to make decisions. You have strong leadership qualities and are in general also a strong communicator with persuasion skills. In addition, you get excited about complex topics, are capable of managing multiple tasks and deliverables at the same time, and you have the mindset to constantly drive change in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, you also have:
5+ years of experience in working with strategic marketing and/or brand projects in an international environment
Broad knowledge and thorough understanding of the latest marketing and communication disciplines, models and frameworks
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written
The capability to drive strategic, complex projects independently
An understanding of global processes and stakeholders and what is takes to drive a change for better in these.

This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible. The role is an on-site role based at one of our head offices in Stockholm.
