Your mission
In this role, you won't just optimize stockholding; you'll craft a strategic vision, ensuring our availability and inventory targets are not just met, but exceeded. You'll be at the forefront of decision-making, connecting our stocking strategy seamlessly with the thriving business potential in the region. Collaborating closely with our Regional Supply Chain and Customer Center teams, you'll make impactful choices about what assortments grace the shelves of our warehouses within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and propose inventory and availability targets in collaboration with regional supply chain organizations and Customer Centers.
Lead inventory, availability, and obsolescence performance follow-ups in the region.
Implement and optimize the stocking assortment, ensuring an ideal balance between item availability and inventory carrying costs.
Manage assortment allocation within the region, strategically placing items at Local DCs and Global/Regional DCs.
Proactively analyze excess and slow-moving inventory, minimizing obsolescence costs.
Act as a super user in our global inventory management system, managing parameter settings for the region.
Participate in projects to implement new processes and system functionalities.


Your profile
We're seeking a skilled professional with expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, including distribution, inventory, and project management. Previous experience in consumables management at Epiroc or similar industries is essential. Strong project management skills in a global context and excellent English communication abilities are required, with proficiency in an additional language being advantageous. A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is a must.

Structured work management, multitasking ability, an international mindset, and willingness to occasionally travel are key traits we're looking for.

Location and travel
This position can be located in EMCA region. Occasional travel is required.
