hela Sverige We are now looking for a Regional Head for our Communication and Media unit. As Regional Head you will work to increase TCS' market share in the communication and media industry in the Nordic region. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Flexibility for extensive travel across the Nordic region is expected, as well as to work in different time zones and occasional travel to India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Grow the Revenue & Topline from existing and new customers in the region
• Margin -Maintain and improve the quality if revenue.
• Manage the P&L of the unit
• Lead the Sales and Pre-sales effort in the region for the CMI Unit
• 7. Lead the Delivery Rigor, create capability to fulfill the promises made to the customers
• Lead Thought Leadership efforts for the Units
• 9. Compliance - Make sure to comply with all the corporate compliance requirements
PROFILE
You have extensive experience in Sales, Delivery, Telecom domain consulting, Telecom Presales, Customer Life Cycle Management, Product Life Cycle Management, P&L Management, Team Building/Motivation/Leadership and Project Management. As the position is client facing, you need assertive communications and strong domain skills and experience of doing such roles. You will lead a large diverse team from various parts of the world. Also, you have:
• Understanding of the Industry and working of Communication and Media business and its business units.
• Understanding of IT and business landscape
• People Management skills
• Communications Skills
• Deep Understanding of Telecom and Media processes
• Deep understanding of OSS/BSS systems
• Knowledge of running large transformation programs
• Knowledge of new Ways of Working
