Your mission
Your mission in the role of Regional Demand Planner is to engage with the sales and service organization to formulate the appropriate demand plan to forecast parts required to support the sales and expected growth of Epiroc in the region. The focus will be to identify changes and events in the market and coordinate actions to adjust forecasts and stock levels accordingly. You will drive the continued implementation of the demand planning process in the region. Interaction and support to Customer Centers in the local demand planning process will be e central part of this role. You will also support the implementation of collaborative planning with customers and drive customer co-planning meetings.
You also coordinate with supply planning team for responses to demand plan and major market events and analyze forecast accuracy and take corrective actions. In this role you coordinate process requirements with the global process owner and participate in projects to implement new processes and systems functionalities. You contribute to the supply chain competence development throughout our organization.
Location and travel
This position is in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.

Your profile
You have experience in end-to-end supply chain management involving distribution, inventory management and project management. You also have a background in spare parts management at Epiroc or equivalent industries. It is meritorious if you have experience from working with ERP and Planning systems. Experience of project management and implementing changes in a global organization is a merit. For this roll you need strong English communication skills both verbal and written. Additional language will be preferred. We also see that you have a university degree in Economics/Business Administration, Supply chain /Logistics, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent experience required.
To succeed in this role, you shall have a strong personal drive, with the ability to work independently. You are customer focused, proactive and results oriented. You have great communication skills both in speech and writing and use the network around you to achieve results. You are analytical, like to identify improvement opportunities and better ways of doing things. It is important that you can manage multiple project plans and activities.
