Every third week a new catalogue is issued, with beautiful and selling layouts, displaying more than 800 Oriflame products. The Oriflame catalogue is our shop window and store for our customers all over the world!
Oriflame Marketing and R&D division is now searching for a Regional Creative Manager for a temporary position (parental leave of approximately 1.5 year) at the Catalogue Creation department at our Group Support Office in Stockholm.
Your Key responsibilities
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of regional catalogue: ensure the catalogue is engaging, seasonally relevant and contains relevant level of ?call to action?
• Manage and lead a regional creative team: a group Art Directors, Layout Artists and Copywriters
• Develop and implement creative strategies to achieve company?s objectives and foster a creative energy in the team
• Major contact person for our internal clients
• Understand and translate regional marketing strategy and specifics into creative communication and conceptual themes
• Development of creative themes of Oriflame catalogues
• Project manage your and the team?s tasks to meet catalogue production deadlines
• Seek for efficiency gains by improving processes
• Plan and execute model and products photography
• Manage regional photo budget
Your qualifications
You have an education in the area of Graphical Design or Communication as well as 5-7 years experience working in an agency or in-house production. You have experience of managing and leading a creative team. Furthermore, you have excellent presentation skills and you are fluent in written and spoken English. You are experienced in model and product photography and have solid skills in InDesign and Photoshop. You have the ability to translate marketing communication strategies into effective communication solutions and embrace and understand the world of beauty and fashion and keep yourself well updated of trends and competitors. You possess visual conceptual skills and understand visual merchandising. You are structured, thorough, pro-active and a creative team player.
