The Expansion function is here to support in adding meaningful growth. We are responsible, in partnership with our brands, for all aspects of creating and maintaining our real estate portfolio: we lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability. We add new stores and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.
Job Description
On this journey we 're all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Regional Controller for Construction & Facilities you will be a key player in making this happen. You are a part of the Regional Expansion controlling team and will work in close collaboration with Regional Head of Construction and Facilities to set and implement the regional strategy for construction and facilities.
Key responsibilities including areas such as:
Budgeting, trend analysis, prognosis and reporting
Risk management
Drive improvements and actions in processes, methods and tools
Work with all markets and brands and support the collaboration in your local Expansion function
Qualifications

Besides your personality we see that you have:
At least 3 years of relevant working experience form working in auditing, accounting and/or controlling, preferably within the retail sector.
A degree in preferably Engineering or Business Administration.
Experience from preparing and presenting financial reporting to Senior Management and other stakeholders.
Advanced level in Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong communication and English skills
Additional Information
This is a full-time permanent role based in our Sweden Support Office in Stockholm reporting to the Regional Head of Expansion Controlling.
