Presentation
Mölnlycke Health Care is offering a permanent position as Regional Chief Accountant at our Financial Service Center (FSC). In this position, you will also be Team Manager for the Parent Accounting Group.
FSC provide financial services to the Mölnlycke Health Care Group. Purpose of the position is to support our business with accounting, closing and reporting related tasks in order to meet internal and external requirements. You will be part of the Closing and Reporting group at FSC, located in Gothenburg. As team manager you will coordinate the tasks and processes in the Parent Accounting Group and optimize its performance.
The position reports to the Manager of FSC.

Publiceringsdatum2014-04-10Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will be responsible for the accounting, closing and reporting related tasks in our Swedish parent companies Mölnlycke Health Care AB and Mölnlycke Holding AB. As team manager you will be responsible for the performance in your accounting team. This include to coordinate and follow up on processes/tasks in the group and the day to day staff management.
Key responsibilities:
• Perform accounting and reconciliation of accounts according to Swedish GAAP and IFRS
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual closings and reporting according to external and internal requirements
• Prepare statutory accounts, annual reports and income tax returns
• Handle VAT and tax issues
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyzes
• Maintain the SAP system with regards to accounts, cost centers, etc.
• Be the contact person in FSC for processes included in the Service Level Agreement (SLA), and also for reviewing and updating the SLA annually
• Day to day staff management of the Parent Accounting Group, a team of four accountants. Includes responsibility for the performance of the group
• Planning, coordination, improvements and follow up on processes in your team
• Be a finance business partner, i.e. proactively support our business with training, information and financial solutions
As a member of the FSC department you will also participate in other tasks related to the financial services provided by FSC to the Mölnlycke Health Care group, for example:
• Manage and participate in local, regional and global projects
• Support as a back-up function for other positions in the department
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have experience from handling advanced accounting issues, preparing/finalizing closings and internal as well as external reporting. You are skilled in Swedish GAAP as well as IFRS and you know how to prepare an annual report and an income tax return.
You have experience from managing people and/or projects, preferably from an international environment.
You have a bachelor/master of business administration or equivalent skills. You are fluent in English (written as well as spoken) and skilled in working within the SAP system. Skills in Cognos Controller are considered to be an additional qualification.
