hela Sverige We are currently looking for a Regional Business Manager for our markets in India, China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. The position is based in Örebro and includes frequent travelling. As Regional Business Manager you will need to actively manage the SED business in the region. To actively drive the business and provide Customer Centers with business expertise. You will be responsible to maximize the region's commercial outcome. You are to take an active role in creating strategy for his/her markets, channelizing the divisional strategy to the Customer Centers, and in cooperation with the Customer Center convert the strategy into competitive action plans and assist Customer Centers to execute it. At the same time you are to bring business feedback to the division and influence the divisional strategy. Some of the responsibilities are:
• Together with Customer Centers, develop business plans, strategy and action plans, sales targets and other activities that are relevant for the different countries in the region.
• Make sure that marketing and sales personnel in the Customer Centers have the relevant product, application and business training required as well as guiding them in the process of establishing sales channels.
• Responsible for forecasts and prognosis reflecting the current market demand and future potential in the region.
• Responsible for Inventory levels and active participation in creating processes that shall maximize the commercial outcome.
• Together with Product management, actively drive launch plans for new products and product concepts.
• Initiate and execute sales and other campaigns.
Experience requirements
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager or Business Line Manager in a Customer Center.
• Previous experience in working with the markets included in this position's area of responsibility.
• Proven commercial drive and results.
• Relevant application experience in mining and construction applications.
• Advanced product knowledge of surface and exploration drilling products.
• Excellent command in the English language. Of course speaking additional languages spoken in the region is advantage.
Educational requirements
University degree in relevant fields such as Mechanical, Mining, Civil Engineering, Business or other similar experience.

• Cooperative and "best practice" sharing.
• Multi-cultural understanding and international experience.
• Structured and transparent way of working.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in more languages is an advantage.
• The position will require extensive (up to 80-100 days/year) international travelling within your region.
