But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a passionate Regional Business Manager (RBM) to our MSH Service Department.So, what are you going to do today?

Who you are
BU Marine Separation & Heat Transfer Equipment (MSH) - Service is responsible for all after sales business in Marine and Diesel applications, within the BU. It covers spare parts, retrofit, upgrading and services.
Alfa Laval holds a strong market position in this highly competitive and international market. We will take the next step to further strengthen our position, with a Regional Business Manager for the North East Asia cluster, to continue to create outstanding customer experiences together with our Sales Companies in the Region.
About the job We have a clear objective to fully support our Sales Companies to become successful and more competitive, by adding value to their business. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. Your responsibilities will be:

Sales company competence development and implementing 'best practices'
Driving the growth plans and ensuring that the plan is supported by actions and resources
Key Account Management
Support and promotion of the complete Service portfolio
Setting, following-up and reporting on targets and actions
Gathering information on market development and competition
Capture and feed-back market needs to further improve our competitiveness

What you knowYou will be joining a team of skilled and highly motivated colleagues, in a fast-moving business in dynamic market. You have:

Strong business acumen
Marine business experience
Proven track record within Sales, at least 5-6 years
Passion for Service business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to recognize opportunities, from customers' needs and turn them solutions

We need a self-motivated team player, with a true interest in building values through relations. You have university level in Engineering/Business or a corresponding degree with + 10 year of working experience. Perhaps you are working within international sales and is looking to take on a new and exciting challenge.
PracticalitiesThe RBM for North East Asia will be based in Shanghai, China, reporting to the Manager of Global Service Sales in Tumba. Expected number of travel days is approx. 50 days/year.
