You will work closely with production, scheduling and distribution to ensure efficient bulk supply across the region
Lead the bulk planning process from weekly to tactical timeframes using various optimization tools
Responsible for short-term supply planning, creating actionable plans that guide production and distribution
Having direct impact on our ability to deliver on time and optimize our operation
Work with systems such as SAP/SRM and Linde-specific platforms like LCS and iHistorian
Optimize our logistics network using TBOO
Provide hands-on operational support to production and distribution
Plan plant shutdowns and manage bulk supply calculations
Support cross-functional projects with supply data and insights
Identify and drive process improvements and productivity initiatives
Contribute to development and innovation projects
Qualifications
A university degree in engineering and/or logistics or equivalent experience
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
A solution-oriented mindset and a "get things done" attitude
Independent working style with high personal drive
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
