The position can be located in Malmö, Gothenburg or other suitable AGA office in the region.
Area of responsibility
The business segment Food & Beverage delivers value to food industry customers by leading applications, food grade gases, industry experience and know how. In close cooperation with the local Food & Beverage country sales organisation, we work with the objective of introducing our applications to solve customer problems and give them opportunities for increased profitability, safety and quality.
What you will enjoy doing
• You will be a core team member of the Nordic regions Food & Beverage Application Sales Team
• Operative work with existing food Industry customers and prospects in the region, which consist of 8 countries
• In close cooperation with the local country sales teams, you will have responsibility and actively identify growth opportunities for freezing and chilling applications with objective to develop the local markets
• Installation of freezing & chilling applications are normally large projects, sold by a team, where you support local sales in the sales process, conduct customer freezing & chilling trails, size and select freezer equipment, support our Customer Engineering department in installation projects and secure customer experience and long term profitable business by arranging customer trainings and freezer optimization
• With your ability to understand the production process, collect information and analyze the customer need, you find solutions with our process equipment for freezing & chilling together with your primary customer contacts who normally is production managers, technical managers and operators
What makes you great
• You are results oriented, creative and have professional experience from sales of process equipment for industrial food production in an international business environment
• Relevant industry experience from the food industry
• You understand cultural differences, enjoy working in teams and have easy to connect with people
• Education from Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Food Technology or comparable working experience together with experience from project management
• Personal interest in sales and to interact with customers
• Ability to plan activities and take responsibility for execution to accomplish business objectives
• Willingness to develop, assure and represent technological excellence in your area of responsibility
• Clearly and assertively express yourself in one of the Scandinavian languages. Good skills in English, both written and spoken
The position can be located in Malmö, Gothenburg or other suitable AGA office in the region.
