We are facing a period of future growth and expansion and to reach our goals we need to strengthen our organization.
We are looking for a Regional Aftermarket Manager for our Construction business. You will be responsible for the Construction Aftermarket Business in the Northern Central Europe (NCE) region. In addition the Aftermarket Business Manager plays an important role in business development in supporting Account Management, Country Segment Manager and Product Line Managers.
Key performance areas
Your responsibilities are primarily to:
• Develop and execute an aftermarket strategy delivering more and better aftermarket products and services to our customers from a life cycle perspective. These services include performance contracts, service centre management, field service, parts marketing and training.
• Be an active player sharing "best practice" with the local Construction Segment Manager and Aftermarket Managers.
Your profile
The qualified candidate needs to have a University degree in Business, Operations management or an equivalent qualification. Experience of developing and managing a successful aftermarket organization or similar business (heavy equipment services) is required. In addition experience in strategic planning, product support and marketing is desirable.
Your have strategic, managerial and financial analysis skills and enjoy working in an international environment. You have the ability to manage a profitable delivery of service and negotiate with customers. Fluency (both written and verbal) in English is a prerequisite.
The position will be located in one of the following countries: Sweden (Sandviken), Germany, England or Norway.
