hela Sverige Are you an experienced Accountant who wants to work with various accounting tasks in a global, high paced environment? Are you fluent in Swedish and English and have experience from SAP? If so, then we have the perfect assignment for you at Mondelez in Upplandsväsby!
How might one day at work look like?
In the role as an Accountant you will deliver the year end statutory accounting financial statements and support tax accounting process. You will handle the preparation of chocolate tax return, maintenance of the balance sheet accounts, support internal/external shared service centers with transactional and reporting issues and act as a business partner for all Accounting and External Reporting related activities.
Furthermore, you will:
Reporting
• Deliver statutory reporting process ensuring execution in accordance with a detailed compliance calendar
• Maintain relationship with in-house and third party service provider responsible for preparing the statutory financial statements
Balance sheet maintenance
• Prepare accounts reconciliations in the area of tax, pensions, the shops and various other areas
• Review and clear aged balance sheet items
Collaborate with shared service centers
In the area of VAT, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Intercompany and Overheads:
• Provide guidance to shared service centers in matters that require resolution
• Respond to requests of shared service centers
Other
• Business partner with other departments such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Service & Logistics, etc. on a variety of finance topics
• Coordination of task received through Altinn such as statistical reporting
Qualifications
• Experience from working with similar tasks
• Degree in Accountancy/Business
• Familiar with compliance and accounting rules
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experienced SAP user
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work as a teamplayer in a cross-functional/international environment

The assignment as Accountant is on a consultant basis with start immediately.
