As part of our offering, we have a team of consultants that specializes in managing the central operation of genomfakturering, one of our invoicing products, for organizations that do not want to build up their own finance function for this.
As an accountant, you will work to support our large customers. You will be in close contact by phone and e-mail and support with all kinds of financial issues. In this role, you will manage accounts receivable, receive electronic invoices and manage payment flows. The role includes drawing up liquidity plans and monthly reports as well as making reconciliations. We are looking forward to welcoming a driven and responsible member to us in Stockholm, who has strong analytical skills!
What you'll get to do
Support customers with their needs, meeting established SLAs while improving our ways of working
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Receive electronic invoices from organizations' contract suppliers
Manage the flow of payments between member, organization and supplier
Establish liquidity plans
Draw up a monthly report
Lead a small team and support other financial assistants
What we'd like to see in you
Several years of experience as a financial assistant and experience in accounting
Excellent skills in Excel, financial systems and, preferably, MS Business Central/NAV ERP system
Drive to provide great customer service with attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
Unafraid to roll up the sleeves! We navigate from operational to strategic work and from customer support to tactical business decisions.
Fluency in both Swedish and English
