hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Minesto AB i Göteborg This is an opportunity for a qualified accountant who may have been building up their knowledge and experience of various accounting roles to join a novel company embarking on a groundbreaking journey of sustainable change and innovation.
You will initially migrate main accounting functions from the current service provider and process the daily transactions as well as monthly closing and reports. Financial routines such as AP, AR, Payments, GL, Fixed Assets will be carried out by you up to and including the monthly closing and reporting for Minesto AB. This also includes the documentation and preparation of financial claim reporting for various public funding sources.
In a second stage you will be part of the implementation of a group common financial software that includes customisation, set up of master data, data migration and processing. After a new system is up and running some transactional duties will organised on Minesto Group level. As such, this position would have a longer term focus on financial reporting and compliance.
As Redovisningsansvarig Sverige / Accountant Sweden you will become responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the company?s accounting records and transactions. You will report to Minesto Group CFO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You have overall responsibility for all transactional accounting entries, monthly closing and documentation of financial claim reporting. Your main responsibilities with Minesto AB will be:
• Migrate accounting functions from the current service provider such as AR, AP, Fixed Assets, GL and arranging payments and other processing routines.
• Month end closing processing and preparation of management accounts reporting.
• Responsible for the up keep of existing accounting software system.
• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns, tax declarations, SCB etc.
• Exporting data from accounting system and produce detailed budgetary control reports.
• Responsible in the production of information and the gathering of evidence to support grant claims.
• Assist in budget preparation process.
YOUR PROFILE , EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
We are looking for a bright and motivated individual who can really help drive the business forwards, you will be an organised person who is methodical and accurate in your approach. A strong team player with a positive attitude who is willing to take responsibility.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Relevant post-secondary education in Accounting and Financial Reporting (K3)
• Experienced in processing, checking and reconciling transactions, closing of books procedures and the production of timely and accurate management and statutory reports.
• Experienced in the preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English language.
• Work experience from listed companies and/or businesses receiving public funding would be an advantage.
