hela Sverige As the Red Team Operations Specialist and Governance Engineer, you will play a critical role in assessing and enhancing our clients ' cybersecurity posture. This multifaceted position involves hands-on Red Team operations to simulate cyberattacks, as well as establishing and managing governance frameworks to ensure robust cybersecurity practices within our clients ' organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Red Team Operations:
* Hands-on Red Team exercises to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in client systems and networks.
* Mimic real-world cyber threats to test the effectiveness of existing security measures.
* Collaborate with clients to provide detailed reports and recommendations for improving their security posture.
* Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and attack techniques to continually refine Red Team operations.
2. Governance Setup, Planning, and Implementation:
* Establish governance frameworks and policies tailored to clients ' specific needs.
* Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of security measures.
* Monitor and assess the effectiveness of security controls and governance structures.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master 's preferred).
* 5+ years work experience with similar responsibilities
* Proven experience in Red Teaming and penetration testing.
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance.
* Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
