Description
Would you like to contribute to our business success with professional recruitment support and Talent acquisition advice as well as build a broad personal network within the company?
As HR Recruitment Specialist you will be involved in recruitments covering many competence areas on different levels within Tetra Pak. You will be part of a dedicated and highly skilled team of recruitment specialists and will work in close cooperation with line managers and HR colleagues.
As HR Recruitment Specialist you will contribute to the overall successful delievery of HR services as a part of the HR Service Centre.
This is a temporary position for 12 months.
Main responsibilities
• Independently drive and be responsible for recruitment processes
• Act as expert advisor to line managers in recruitment matters
• Proficiently use Competence Based Interview technique and selection tools such as simulation exercises, ability tests etc as part of the recruitment process
• Together with your colleagues within the HR Service Centre continuously improve and develop the recruitment process and other HR processes in order to deliver the optimal solutions to our clients.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to have a passion for recruitment and a great interest in people. You have the ability to interact on all levels within the organization and possess a high level of integrity.
You are result oriented at the same time as you have the ability to maintain a high level of quality. You must also enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
The person we are looking for has a University Degree within HR or equivalent. You have several years of HR experience with a proven track record in recruitment of professionals and managers. Previous experience from Competence Based Interview techniques and SHL selection tools are considered great merits. A professional command of both Swedish and English is a must.
