Unilever Nordics is looking for a Recruitment Specialist
As a recruitment specialist, your primary accountability is to partner with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to achieve our agreed talent acquisition objectives. You will also partner with a Nordic HR Talent Manager to understand and apply recruitment policy and effectively interface with social networks, third party recruiters or other recruitment service providers where required. You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process of Nordic managers and Directors from role definition to sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
You will recruit positions for all the Nordic countries and you will be based in Solna, Stockholm.
This role will also give you the opportunity to work with general HR project on a Nordic level.
Your accountabilities will include:
• Activate and execute the full recruitment process
• Network to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of external talent taking full advantage of digital and social channels
• In conjunction with the Nordic HR Talent Manager develop social channels, networking, direct sourcing, advertising, employee referrals, competitor contacts and third party vendors /partners
• Manage candidate relationships and communicating the Unilever employment value proposition to future employees
Desired Skills and Experience
• A minimum of 4 years recruitment experience from a well known company, ideally with experience of recruiting for managerial positions.
• Ideally recruitment experience from a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company
• Proven track record of delivering high quality hires with strong line manager and candidate satisfaction
• Exceptional candidate relationship skills
• Experience of applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc)
• Fully fluent in a Nordic language and English
• You should have an Academic degree or equivalent
