We currently have around 90 employees working at our offices in Sweden (Mölndal and Uppsala) and we are continuously growing and developing. As a part of our growth journey, we are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Mölndal office.
As a Recruitment Specialist at Antaros, you are responsible for our recruitment processes. This includes support for our managers in the overall selection process, from the identification of qualified candidates to making final employment offers. You will be joining our small but wonderful HR team, currently consisting of three HR colleagues. You will be reporting to the HR Director.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Manage and coordinate end to end recruitment projects
• Creating an ongoing and proactive candidate pipeline through various methods, including direct applicants, sourcing of passive candidates, and referrals
• Performing assessments within the recruitment processes such as personality tests, work samples, etc.
• Handle and administrate international employments, considering employment laws in different countries
• Consult with Hiring Managers on workforce planning
• Recommending continuous improvement to practices, processes, and policies to advance our recruitment process
Additional responsibilities could include:
• Support and develop our onboarding process
• Support the HR department with various tasks in a broader HR-setting
Who are we looking for?
We believe that you are an experienced Recruiter who loves meeting new people and thrive working in our dynamic and fast-growing environment. You demonstrate a growth mindset, are continuously learning, and building on external and internal ideas.
As a person, you are a service-minded "doer" and have a good ability to communicate and interact with others, where you enjoy producing results through support and collaboration. We further believe that you have strong administrative skills as well as an analytical and proactive mindset. You will be working in a broad HR setting, which requires a structured mindset as well as an understanding of the bigger picture.
Requirements:
• At least a B. SC. in a relevant field (e.g. HR)
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Life Science sector
• Proven track record in leading full-cycle recruitments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
