We are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Örebro for a temporary assignment for 12 months. The Talent Acquisition Team in the Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics is located in Örebro and Prague and work with employer branding, recruitment and onboarding. We are a committed team with the mission to ensure we attract the right people in line with our business strategy and core values. Your responsibilities, in collaboration with the team, managers and HR, will be:
* Running the recruitment process all the way from needs to onboarding
* Support and advice hiring managers
* Create adverts and advertise in relevant job portals, channels and social media
* Interview, verify references and compare qualifications
* Secure an amazing candidate experience
* Prepare job offers according to the established salary ranges and benefits close to HR and managers
* Develop the core recruitment process and ways of working to attract talent

Are you our candidate?
You are committed to find the best candidates to become part of Epiroc. Apart from enjoying all aspects of collaboration, you are enthusiastic about recruitment trends and candidate experience. You are a team player that enjoy sharing knowledge and experiences with your colleagues. You have a university degree in Human Resources, Business administration or similar.
You should have 3-5 years of experience working with recruitment, running the process end to end and experience from roles in the industry, engineering, IT-business and/or managerial positions. You have experience from HR systems that supports the process and your daily work.
It is meritorious if you have experience from working in a global organization. It is also meritorious if you have experience from assessment tool and feedback. You have excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Swedish and English.
