Samsung is looking for an Internal Recruiter to our Human Resources Team. In this role you will ensure the business?s hiring needs are met and be responsible for recruiting a diverse range of roles. You will also be responsible for the Employer Branding strategy and implementation. There is a lot of internal- and external contacts and you will report to the HR Director.
You will be working with:
• End to end recruitment processes for a variety of profiles
• Identifying and implementing creative strategies to attract the right candidates
• Providing advice to recruiting managers and supporting them through the selection process
• Plan- and participate in Employer Branding events
• Managing relationships with external agencies
• Reporting and budget follow up for recruitment and staffing
Suitable background:
• At least 3 years? experience in a similar role within recruitment
• Experience from end to end recruitment processes
• Experience of working with Employer Branding
• Academic degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• A good understanding of building strong and effective relationships with customers
• OPQ-certificate is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English
The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruiting and employer branding with experience of working in a high pace with many parallel tasks. In this role, it is important that you are quality-conscious, have the ability to prioritize your time and possess a high level of interpersonal skills.
