We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter who will play a central role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding engineers and other key talents for our clients' organizations. Your focus will be on finding the right talents to strengthen the company's efforts in electrification and sustainable transportation. You will be part of a dynamic team working on future solutions and contributing to the green shift within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
• Manage the entire recruitment process - from creating job profiles and posting ads to conducting interviews and presenting candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers in engineering and technical fields.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment solutions to attract the best talent in the market.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the employer's brand in technical and sustainability-focused areas.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology developments, and market dynamics to tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Din Profil
• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within technology, IT, or engineering roles.
• Strong ability to identify talent and build long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring managers.
• An interest in technology and sustainable development is a plus, particularly in areas like electrification and the automotive industry.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
