hela Sverige Perido is searching for a Recruitment Officer to our client, a new European research facility located in Lund. This facility will in the future enable opportunities for researchers in a wide variety of areas. The organization is forward thinking and characterized by a high rate of work and international personnel. In order to be successful in this position you therefore need to enjoy the challenges and the diversity of such an environment.
In this assignment you will take on a broad and exciting role that offers an ever changing work-day. Your main task will focus on the entire life cycle of recruitment. Everything from publishing job advertisements, read applications and organizing and implement competency-based interviews. You will also arrange pre-meetings to plan and coordinate the process, include all managers who need to be involved to get the full understanding of business requirements in order to source, screen and asses top candidates for the facility. Furthermore this position includes operative recruitment tasks and other related administration, and you will serve as contact for recruiting managers and candidates throughout the process.
To be successful in this role you need to possess strong conflict management skills, with the ability to stay calm in high-pressures environments. Furthermore you have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ability to follow-up, communicate effectively and work with all levels of management. Required qualifications
• An academic degree in Human Resources, Staff development or equivalent
• Experience in full cycle recruiting and proven success in a high volume recruitment environment
• Experience from international recruitment within natural science and/or technology/engineering
• Good knowledge and experience in competence based interview methodology
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Contract type and hours
Full time, admission at the beginning of August. End date 2017-12-31.
