Main functions of the post:
To administer the full complement of recruitment activities such as planning the recruitment schedule, reviewing job descriptions, ensuring compliance to our clients standards, applying job classification standards to determine or confirm appropriate level, analyse gender and diversity statistics to determine target audience, identify relevant and appropriate recruitment sources, advertise, serve as contact point with candidates, evaluate candidates, prepare short list, consult with Line Managers on candidate selection, panel composition, preparing test material, arranging interviews and representing HR on panels, upon final selection, complete administrative requirements, including reference checking, letter of appointment, entitlements, etc; Manages the exit process.

Experience
University degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration or a related subject. Minimum five (5) years international experience in the field of recruitment, career management, performance appraisal, HR Policy and administration.

Profile
We think you got an ability to work independently and under pressure, good communication and presentation skills, written and spoken. You need an ability to handle confidential information, high attention to details, open and service-oriented personality, excellent interpersonal skills. You will work both independently and in teams, sometimes with a minimum of supervision. We think you got an ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural environment and be Gender-sensitive. You also got an understanding of global career trends.

Language skills:
English: Fluent written and oral
Other: an asset

Computer skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, internet and web search tools.
Excellent knowledge of recruitment databases.
