We currently have an exciting opportunity for Recruitment Delivery Manager to support our team on client site in Kista, Sweden. The client is Ericsson. You will be part of the leadership team of the account and will contribute towards the successful operationalization of the global RPO programme in order to deliver against key performance criteria.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruitment Delivery Manager leads a Recruitment Team in support of the client with a large multi-location stakeholder community. The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, and the coaching, development, and mentorship of a high performing team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and motivate a team of on-site Recruiters (across multiple locations) and / or Support Centre Recruitment team to achieve prompt, effective and high-quality service delivery according to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor team performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring adherence to global processes agreed WOW whilst ensuring best in class data integrity within all systems and documentation.
• Prepare, attend and present at Monthly Business Review (MBR/QBR) meetings.
• Cultivate deep understanding of recruitment best practices, recruitment law/policy, and emerging trends/changes in the industry/market.
• Must have a deep understanding of the Swedish market, local labour law and Collective Bargain Agreements.
• Regularly communicate news to clients and proposes and works to implement innovations.
• Ensure high quality delivery and performance across all areas of in scope activity
• Set performance targets and holds staff accountable for achievement.
• Work with Recruiters and Sourcing team on pipelining approach for strategic roles/projects
• Monitor age of requisitions and mentors recruiters to resolve issues.
• Oversee key recruitment projects ensuring delivery against strategic measures.
• Manage end to end recruitment of requisitions for senior positions within the defined regional sector.
• Actively manages cost controls to maximize our commercial performance (e.g. reduced agency use, job board ROI, etc).
• Lead on recruitment projects, operational improvements and/or special projects as required.
• This may include matrix-management across other teams/regions.
• Act as SME for one or more aspects of our service advising colleagues/peers and the client.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Extensive experience in recruiting and/or talent acquisition, including in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Extensive experience of managing teams in multiple locations across a highly complex, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to hold people accountable for performance and results.
• Demonstrable experience of strengthening recruiting practices, developing recruiting strategies and implementing recruiting plans.
• Demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder management (multi-country).
• History of building and growing deep client relationships in a recruitment context and a comfort with up-selling within existing accounts.
• Strong ability to manage the customer relationship and identify changing customer needs and requirements and meet those needs.
• Ability to identify significant problems and opportunities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Management or lead position for an RPO, Staffing, or other third-party recruitment provider or experience of working inhouse for multinational organisations.
• Experience acting as a subject matter expert in a particularly are of RPO/recruitment or relevant field (e.g. recruitment technology, Employer Branding, executive recruitment).

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Works in a normal office environment. Able to travel to client sites or recruitment events as required. Occasional international travel may be required.
