This is a permanent role based on-site with our client Ericsson in their headquarters in Kista, Sweden. You will be part of the recruitment team managing external and internal recruitment processes end-to-end, focusing on the Swedish market.

About the position
The Recruitment Coordinator will be a key member in delivering the RPO decided services to the client, working in-house on the client site in Stockholm.
This position will be supporting a specific Business area within the client - Strategic Programs Practice (SPP) - which is an internal management consulting group within Ericsson that serves executive management across the company including Regions, Business Units and Group functions. Demand of SPP 's services is high and therefore aggressive growth targets are put upon us. SPP will hire a full time Recruitment Coordinator in order to deliver on these targets.
As Recruitment Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing recruiting capabilities to a fast growing team. The Recruitment Coordinator will coordinate the full cycle recruitment process including the more administrative parts of the process. He/she will also be fully integrated in the SPP team.

Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Talent sourcing: Attend recruitment events, including ensuring appropriate SPP staffing and travel planning.
• Point of contact to external executive search firms.
• End-to-end recruitment coordination, from candidate application to creation of employment contract and on-boarding of new employees:
• Coordinate the full recruitment process for the Graduate, MBA and experienced hire recruitment programs:
• Handle the initial candidate screening process.
• Coordinate and administer all candidate communications, scheduling candidates for interviews with the appropriate SPP staff, interview room bookings, and assuring logistics around interviews as well as coordinate the SPP "buddy" program.
• Ensure appropriate tracking of all recruitment activities, through e.g. the recruitment database.
• Administer the contract process, ensuring that candidates receive contracts in a timely manner.
• Engage and collaborate with Ericsson central Recruitment and other departments as needed.
• Organize travel arrangements for candidates and team.
• Administer candidate expenses through the Ericsson expense system.
• Ensure compliance across SPP with internal SPP recruitment guidelines (e.g. seniority levels).
• Prepare and execute onboarding of new SPP team members, with regards to e.g. managing ongoing communication with new team members prior to starting date, practicalities around introduction program, ordering IT equipment to new team members etc.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in HR (preferably recruitment) and/or complex administrative tasks from management consultancies or similar high-paced professional services organizations (e.g. legal/accounting firms).
• Positive, high energy level & degree of flexibility, and ability & desire to work in a high-paced environment.
• Able and willing to travel for e.g. recruitment events, team conferences etc.
• Demonstrated experience in working with several stakeholders and delivery teams is beneficial.
• Very good command of MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, concisely and persuasively both verbally and in writing with candidates, professionals and managers on all levels.

This assignment is a consulting assignment. The start date is soonest, project period is 6 month with opportunity to extension. Location is Kista.
