About the position
Perido is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for our client, a well-known and coordinated company in the automotive industry. The position is located in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
As a recruitment coordinator, you will support in all parts of the recruitment process. You will work in close collaboration with our recruiters and make sure that we hire top talent whose values are in line with the companys culture. Your main responsibilities will be in administration with a variety of searching, screening CVs, phone/video interviews, reference checks and documentation.
Your characteristics
We are looking for someone with a service minded "can do" personality who is passionate and engaged. Working at a fast pace with tight deadlines at times is not a problem, as you are very business and performance-driven. Furthermore, you have high integrity, strong communication and collaboration skills. Competence and experience are important, but personality is key!

Qualifications:
University degree within HR
Experience in recruitment or search
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment until 2024-02-28. Start 2022-11-30
