What we want you to do
As a Recruitment Coordinator at Viaplay you will have the opportunity to work in a company that truly is at the forefront of digital media and to play an important role in helping us grow the company. You will be a part of the Recruitment and Employer Brand Team. The mission for the new team is to enable the future success and growth of Viaplay by proactively identifying, matching and selecting the most qualified candidates but also to secure that we introduce our new colleagues in best possible way. The team's goal is to work proactively with Viaplay's Employer Brand - internally as well as externally to position ourselves as an employer of choice. We are now looking for a new team member to take on a coordinating role with a wide variety of tasks with a focus on recruitment and employer brand activities.
Main Responsibilities
Take on a supportive and coordinating role in recruitment related tasks (sourcing, screening and interviewing).
Coordinate and book interviews with candidates and other stakeholders.
Organise and coordinate employer brand and recruitment activities such as large and small technology focused events.
Organise and coordinate internal employer brand related projects.
What we ask of you
We believe that for being successful in this role you need a University degree in HR or equivalent. We think you have a strong interest in Tech/IT and a willingness to constantly learn more. If you have some experience in recruitment/search and/or service related work it is highly valued.
We are looking for a person who is passionate and engaged, who has a forward leaning approach and a willingness to get things done. You also have high integrity, strong communication and cooperation skills.
