Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the entire recruitment chain
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Help our largest Swedish and Asian customers understand the local market. follow up recruitment procedure, supply customers with reference check or second opinion.
Your immediate manager will be the Head of HR Dept..
Qualifications
• Education: You can have a bachelor's degree in HR, economics or similar and
have worked more than 7 years in the field.
• Structured and communicative: You enjoy working with several contact areas at the same time at a high pace and with an ability to handle and build relationships with several tasks in parallel and be able to prioritize and act.
• You communicate freely in English and Mandarin. Other languages are meritorious.
• Team player: You value high collaboration with other colleagues and see yourself as an important cog in the wheel to drive the business forward.

You show a high level of trust and business acumen and have the ability to capture customers' wishes.
