hela Sverige We are looking for a recruitment assistant who is passionate about people, who really likes to find the right person in the right place and wants to make a difference within the role as a recruiter. Are you really excited to gain valuable experience in recruitment alongside your studies? And at the same time curious to feel the reality of a fast (!) growing company like foodora?
This position is a part-time position of 50% during ongoing studies, starting as soon as possible.
As a Recruitment Assistant you will be supporting in the whole recruitment cycle from identify, attract, interview, select and be part of the hiring processes for new agents at our Customer Success Department. You support our managers and make sure we hire efficiently and keep our recruitment process running smoothly. This also means that you will, together with your manager, be involved in building processes and routines to make sure that we create the best possible candidate experience!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Writing and posting job ads.
• Review applicants proactivity
• Source passive candidates
• Hold interviews and schedule candidate interviews
• Administer and send out digital references
• Identify areas of recruitment that needs to improve
• Be involved in new processes and trainings within the Customer Success department
YOU ARE
• Service minded - You have a feeling for providing high quality service!
• Self going - You like to be independent and take ownership to succeed in the role
• Structured - You have a structured way of working so you can work toward deadlines
• Solutions oriented - Every day will probably not be a walk in the park, but when you face problems you see them as a fun challenge to solve
• Communicative - In addition to being good at communicating with your colleagues, you are also sharp in written communication and love to inspire others.
• Last but certainly not least, you are an empathic person who can familiarize yourself with different people's situations and feelings
QUALIFICATIONS
• We are looking for you who studying HR/ or equivalent area and has at least one year left of your studies
• Qualifying if you have previous experience recruitment/search or HR administration
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English both verbally and in writing.
• Foodora is a company that is constantly growing and changing and a prerequisite is that quick decisions must be taken sometimes. Therefore, it is important that you prosper in such an environment
