The studio was founded in 1997, and brought into the Ubisoft family in 2008. Our latest project Tom Clancy's The Division was released in March 2016. We also develop our own technology, the Snowdrop Engine, while simultaneously working to take Uplay PC to the next level.
Creative, fast forward and result driven recruiter/coordinator
In line with Massive's and Ubisoft's continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join the HR Team with further team growth planned in 2017.
We are formed as a centralised Resourcing Team and have lots of key projects that we are currently undertaking, such as:
A companywide employer branding and employee engagement initiative.
The development of our careers pages and stories.
The continuous improvement of our processes and ways of working.
In the role, you will work as part of a team to provide a first class recruitment service to the business and some of your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the full end to end permanent recruitment lifecycle - utilising a range of cost effective attraction channels.
Managing internal stakeholder relationships.
Vacancy progress tracking and reporting.
Managing agency supplier relationships.
Advert creation and placement.
Proactively identifying candidates for current and future vacancies.
Assisting in projects focused on the development of the internal resourcing function and service.
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:
Speak fluent English.
Proven in-house recruitment experience.
The ability to work on your own initiative and to multiple and changing deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders across all mediums.
Proven experience managing a busy and demanding workload.
