Perido is now searching for a Jr talent Acquisition Specialist to a well known global financial company. Our client is a leading provider of trading, clearing, exchange technology and listing. They are looking for an ambitious person to work hands on with recruitment. The position is located in the Stockholm office, with location northeast of Stockholm city.
As a recruiter for the company you will be a part of the Global Talent Acquisition team in Stockholm. In this position you will be actively searching for open roles, as well as going through the active flow of candidates in the requisition, passively searching, assess and screen for qualified talent. Furthermore you will need to have the ability to network and find new and creative ways to source local talent in Stockholm, preferably through social media witch you have good knowledge about.
The right person for this job has a Bachelor?s degree in HR and knowledge of recruitment. You are a person that adapts quickly to a fast paced environment and are able to prioritize your work. Since you are service-minded you are comfortable of networking at all levels of the organization and channels and you like to come up with new inputs and drive changes. Required qualifications
• Bachelor?s degree in HR or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Meritorious
• Preferably agency and corporate experience
• Recruiting experience for technical roles
• Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken
Candidates will have to go truth a background-check before an employment offer, for security reasons.
Contract type and hours
Fulltime, with start ASAP to 2017-03-31, with the possibility of extension. Admission as soon as possible.
