How will your work day be like?
In this role you will the whole recruitment process from the start up to handling the interviews with the hiring manager, including setting up the sourcing strategy where administrative support can be given by the support team for example for handling references and booking interviews. You are individually responsible for your own processes within our company within a few different business areas, on all types of profiles from technical specialist to administrative roles as well as managerial positions. Within the team, multiple roles can be picked up depending on ambition level and interest.
The team has a focus on Sweden (located on 4 locations) but for some parts of our work we have a close collaboration with other parts of the company in Germany and Netherlands.
Preferred Qualifications
An HR Education with bachelor or master degree would be great and is preferred, but is not per definition needed in case of other successful experiences and paths of development in other sectors where people and communication skills have been developed and logically have resulted in having had a recruiter position for a minimal of 2 years.
We see it meritorious if you have experience in a corporate environment as well as experience with technical profiles and/or difficult to source profiles. Proven experience with digital media / social media, good knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Glassdoor. Knowledge and experience of project management is very welcome as well as the ability to deal with change and/or continuous improvement.
Very good language skills in English and in Swedish both written and oral are mandatory.

The position is on a consultant basis. Project period is from 5th of September until 31th of December, you will be based in Stockholm. As a consultant, you are employed by Adecco Sweden.
