hela Sverige We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for a motivated recruiter to join our small and ambitious HR department. Your first priority will be to support our managers to find talent in our offices in the Nordics, Asia and Warsawa. Everyday life as a recruiter at APSIS is intense and consists of the different tasks related to the recruiting process, from search to closing. We have modern, easy to use tools to support our processes. Being a good project manager is an important ability for success in this role. We strive and take pride in doing recruiting in a way that makes our candidates interested and feel good about APSIS, hired or not.
Besides the role as recruiter you will be an important player in our employer branding and talent acquisition projects and plans and also other HR projects.
You have:
Done recruitment independently for a minimum of 3 years, at least as part of your work.
Experience working with search.
Experience, strong knowledge and interest in recruiting through social media.
Experience and education in one or several tests (MAP, OPQ etc.) as well as experience of minor assessment (cases, portfolios, technical test etc).
Preferably worked with recruitments within the areas development and technical.
Preferably done successful employer branding activities with great results in the past.
APSIS is an international company and we appreciate excellent communications skills and you need to have full professional proficiency in both Swedish and English. If you speak any other languages it?s definitely a bonus ? at our HQ in Malmö we are proud of speaking 38 languages. International experience is a bonus.
