About the role
As a Recruiter, you will work for our client that is a preffered partner in HR strategic transformation, acting as a global architect of products that transform the working world. You will be a key member of the team delivering the RPO to the client and will be accountable for the full end-to-end recruitment activities for permanent positions from intake discussion and advertising through to short listing a contract creation.
You will own the relationship with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will ensure candidates are sourced mainly through direct sourcing to deliver the best candidates at all levels across all disciplines for the program. You will also, when needed, be collaborating with sources and be responsible to lead the search/headhunting activities to ensure quality delivery. You will also ensure that resourcing targets and SLAs are met and to continually deliver a first-class service to the client.
Responsibilities:
* Determines or is provided with staffing needs of one or more clients and identifies, engages and recruits qualified candidates from the candidate pipeline
* Analyses client requirements and qualifies candidates by conducting telephone and/or face-to-face interviews according to identified qualification standards
* Selects candidates using discretion and independent judgement and prepares and delivers candidate presentations for clients
* Maintains effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the full life-cycle of recruitment, in addition to candidates who are in between assignments
* Assists with coordinating logistics for recruiting events, such as job fairs, and invitation-only events
* Collaborates with team members to develop and maintain a unified approach to talent sourcing and recruitment
* Where appropriate work with 3rd party agencies to support delivery of niche roles, lead agency briefing calls and manage relationships long term
* Proactively establishes and maintains beneficial business relationships through networking with industry contacts, association members, trade groups, employment groups and/or social media
* Schedules candidates for telephone and/or face-to-face interviews and orientations
* Administers pre-employment activities, including, but not limited to, coordinating forms, applications, offer letters and expense reports, background and reference check
* Coordinates the preparation of and/or assist with distribution of new hire informational packs
About you
We are looking for a person with a bachelor 's degree or equivalent, with previous experience of working in a RPO environment, utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). You have previous experience and expertise in candidate sourcing, including internet and off-line database searcher, networking, Social networking and developing and running media campaigns as part of a holistic sourcing strategy. Furthermore, you have the ability to understand, interpret and apply related local laws, rules and regulations, you are proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
As a person, you are skilled in communicating effectively verbally and written, has a strong leadership and project management skills, has the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and are able to priorities, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines. Furthermore, you have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information, ability to function effectively with or as part of a team and has the ability to be flexible and identify existing and new trends as well as evaluate and predict their impact on the organization.
