About the job:
This is a consulting assignment on full time that lasts for four months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Nordic Entertainment Group. There is good opportunity to extension of the consulting assignment.

Tasks and responsibilities:
As a Recruiter you will be an instrumental part of the People & Culture organisation to ensure talent search and acquisition. The Talent Acquisition team are responsible for all recruitment activities within the Nordic Entertainment Group. Your main task is to be responsible for the experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, testing and offering candidates in the NENT Group business recruiting department. You work closely with a team of eight recruiters, one TA-manager and two people experience specialists. You are responsible for supporting, advising and educate the business, coach and challenge when needed to ensure an equal, including an unbiased recruitment process.
In this role you will work closely with your colleagues, always being able to ask a question or get a different perspective on your work. You will also work close to hiring managers to identify talent gaps, create interesting job descriptions and drive interviews and other recruitment activities.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• At least 1 year experience within recruitment
• Fluent in English, speech and writing
• Meritorious is education in HR or similar
• Meritorious is knowledge in Teamtailor platform
