Dina arbetsuppgifter
Driving the entire process from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, all while working together with hiring managers and your team to improve the way we do things.
Get to spend lots of time with the teams you recruit for and with the Talent Acquisition team; attending daily meetings, running sourcing sessions, coming up with new ideas for attracting talent, etc.
Stakeholder management and communications skills are ESSENTIAL.
Tasks and responsibilities
Source, interview, sell, and close top talent.
Inspire and motivate people to join the customer.

Kompetenser
Experience in hiring either as a generalist or in specific areas/competences.
Comfortable and can own the relationship with hiring managers, hiring teams, along with advising, influencing and challenging when needed.
Desire to learn, constantly; only you can set your limits for growth.
Flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to change easily.
Experience in full cycle recruiting (from sourcing to making offers).
Önskvärd kompetens
We expect that all suppliers only present us consultants that meet the requirements stated, having strong references, a clean record.
