hela Sverige Who are you?We are looking for people who love to recruit and want to grow within the area of recruitment! - as such you will be an experienced recruiter, preferably with 2 years' experience, with knowledge from recruiting through values, social media and digital recruitment. In this role communication is very important, both written and verbal. You should be able to show a good understanding of our business direction and strategies in order to be able to ensure we recruit candidates with the competence needed to support these. You are a self-starter who enjoys being part of a team with a strong focus on service and performance delivery - we want to surprise and delight our stakeholders with the service we deliver, every day! As recruiters we love to ask questions, so to break it down, let's say it like this· Are you Passionate about recruitment?· Have an ability to coordinate?· Would you say you're communicative?· Have an ability to build relationships and think new? Key responsabilityYou will· Drive the recruitment process end to end in collaboration with recruiting managers mapping qualifications needed, preparing and posting job adverts, evaluating applications, provide shortlists, interviewing, reference taking, and providing recommendations for final candidates and feedback to candidates. · Support HR business partners and recruiting managers with forecasting, executing and follow up on immediate recruitment needs. · Proactively support the area at IKEA called 'Centre of Expertise' within talent management by improving our recruitment processes to ensure we are able to attract the right candidates · Communicate with applicants regularly · Take initiative to co-ordinate with different stakeholders within People and Culture such as Mobility team, HR administration, Compensation and Benefits to get a seamless process · Contribute to development of social and digital recruitment processes to attract quality candidates - so if you're tech-savvy, it's a plus!· Contribute to leverage innovative and social networking techniques to identify candidates and to build pipelines of candidates About the teamIn your role as Recruiter you will work together with an awesome team of 9 Recruiters and 3 Onboarding Specialists in the Recruitment & Onboarding Team.
